In partnership with the BAM Core , the Data Unit incorporates machine learning–enabled analytics and high-dimensional modeling approaches, including statistical powering, effect size estimation, harmonized metadata capture, and reproducible computational pipelines. These analytic frameworks are applied to immune profiling, viral sequence evolution, integration site mapping, and multimodal data integration, enabling rigorous interpretation of complex datasets that span cytometry, genomics, and virology. This end-to-end integration ensures that data generation, analysis, and interpretation remain coordinated, and responsive to investigator’s needs.
