Omics/Epigenetics Unit
About
Submit a Service RequestThe Omics/Epigenetics Unit enables genomic, single-cell, epigenetic, and spatial multi-omic interrogation of defined cellular populations and intact tissue microenvironments. Platforms include transcriptomics, chromatin accessibility, DNA methylation, immune repertoire sequencing, and spatial approaches. The Unit leverages institutional platforms while providing HIV-specific integration, ensuring complementarity and avoiding duplication.
