Cellular Biology Unit

About

Submit a Service Request

The Cellular Biology Unit defines immune phenotype and function using high-dimensional flow cytometry and advanced cell-sorting strategies to resolve rare populations across compartments. Standardized high-parameter panels, functional assays, and custom reagent development enable precise identification of subsets relevant to HIV persistence, inflammation, aging, and co-infections. Sorted populations are not endpoints; they feed directly into virologic quantification and molecular profiling within the integrated ATC pipeline, ensuring multidimensional characterization.
